  • In large pitcher, mix tea, juice and sparking water.
  • Serve tea over ice. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.

Sparkling Mint-Lime Iced Tea image

Mint tea, a splash of lime juice and sparkling water dance in your glass to refresh you big time.

4 cups water
4 mint tea bags
8 teaspoons lime juice (freshly squeezed or purchased)
4 half slices of lime for garnish, if desired
4 sprigs fresh mint, if desired
Vanilla coffee syrup, agave syrup or honey to sweeten drink, if desired
Crushed ice, if desired
2 cups sparkling water (carbonated)

Steps:

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 4 bags of mint tea. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Discard tea bags and pour tea into a small pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until well chilled.
  • Chill tall glasses in fridge or shortly in freezer, if desired. Add crushed ice, 1 cup of tea, sweetener (if desired) and 1 or 2 tsp lime juice, depending on how tart you like your tea. Stir. Add 1/2 cup sparkling water. Squeeze mint sprig and add to glass. Garnish with half a lime slice, if desired.

This sparkling ice tea is a light and refreshing summer drink! Made with Bigelow breakfast tea, lemon juice and mixed berries, this delicious berry tea is perfect for picnics, parties, BBQ's or just because!

12 Bigelow American Breakfast Blend tea bags
12 cups water
1 cup raspberries (fresh)
1 cup lemon juice (fresh & divided)
1 cup fine sugar
3 cups sparkling water or lemon lime soda
mixed berries (raspberries & blueberries)
pineapple (for skewers)

Steps:

  • Bring 12 cups of water to boil. Turn off burner and add Bigelow American Breakfast Blend tea bags. Allow to steep while completing remaining steps.
  • Put the raspberries and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Strain mixture through a fine strainer into a bowl.
  • Pour tea into a pitcher and add remaining lemon juice, sugar and sparkling water or soda and stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Add puree and mix well.
  • Add lemon slices and raspberries
  • Garnish with stacked fruit skewers
  • Add ice cubes (optional)

SPARKLING JASMINE ICED TEA



Sparkling Jasmine Iced Tea image

A sparkling iced tea, a change from the ordinary, with a sweet and floral flavour. Prep time includes cooling time.

4 cups water, boiling
3 tablespoons loose jasmine tea
1/2 cup sugar (or to personal taste)
1 1/4 cups sparkling water
cinnamon sticks, lemon slices or mint sprig

Steps:

  • Dissolve sugar in 3/4 cup of water, and boil gently until a syrup has formed. Set aside and let cool.
  • Steep the jasmine tea in the remaining 3 1/4 cups of hot water for around 6 minutes.
  • Strain out tea, and let cool.
  • In a pitcher, combine syrup and tea.
  • Stir or whisk until fully blended.
  • Add sparkling water and cool thoroughly.
  • Serve over ice at once.
  • Can be served with cinnamon sticks, lemon slices or mint sprigs.
  • Makes 1 quart of iced tea.

  • Combine sparkling water, water, iced tea mix, and honey in a pitcher.
  • Take margarita glasses and rim in 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
  • Then rim the glasses with the sugar.
  • Fill your glasses with ice and pour in the iced tea.

1 ripe peach
1/2 cup Simple Syrup, recipe follows
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cups peach iced tea, chilled
1 cup Prosecco, chilled
Lemon slices, for garnish
1 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Cut the peach in half, remove the pit and dice the fruit. Put the peaches, Simple Syrup and lemon juice into a blender and puree until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer. Stir together the peach-simple syrup mixture with the peach iced tea. Pour half of the peach tea mixture into ice cube trays and freeze. Chill the remaining peach tea mixture.
  • To make the cocktails: Fill 4 tall iced tea glasses with the tea cubes. Divide the peach tea evenly among the glasses. Top each with Prosecco, garnish with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
  • Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
