- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, about 10 minutes. Drain.
- Place macaroni, cheese, cubed luncheon meat, and milk in a large bowl; mix well to combine. Turn out into casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 15 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. First, cook macaroni. Bring 2 quarts salted water to a boil and stir in macaroni. Cook 10 minutes.
- 2. While pasta is cooking, place Velveeta cheese and evaporated milk in a microwave-safe 2-quart serving dish. Heat on high power 1 minute at a time, stirring until cheese melts and blends completely. It takes about 3 minutes.
- 3. Back to the pasta: After 10 minutes, add the peas and chopped spam to the macaroni and bring back to a boil. Continue to cook about 3 minutes, until macaroni is done to your liking. Drain well.
- 4. Stir macaroni into the cheese sauce, blending well. If desired, top with additional grated cheese and cover dish so cheese melts.

- Sprinkle in some spices or sauces. A little kick can go a long way. Choose your own zesty adventure by adding a pinch of cayenne pepper, dry mustard powder, garlic powder, mushroom powder, or even a dash of hot sauce.
- Stir in some veggies. A dollop of canned pumpkin or pureed winter squash, a handful of halved cherry tomatoes, a scoop of roasted broccoli or cauliflower or even a scoop of frozen peas can perk up the boxed pasta in no time flat.
- Make it a mash-up meal. Take a little ingredient inspiration from some of your other favorite dinners, such as cheesesteak sandwiches or Caprese salad by adding the following mix-ins to taste.
