Steps:
- Grate the spam. (I usually just use my pastry cutter).
- Combine all ingredients except the mayo.
- Add just enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients together.
- Use for sandwich spread or on a bed of lettuce or on crackers for an appetizer.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Stir together the luncheon meat, processed cheese, relish, and salad dressing in a bowl. Spoon the filling into the sandwich buns, and wrap each sandwich individually in aluminum foil. Place the sandwiches onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the filling is hot, and the buns have toasted, 10 to 15 minutes.

- In a saute pan, heat oil and saute onions until caramelized, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Toast bread, either on the grill top or toaster.
- In a pan with butter, cook SPAM until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Spread your favorite sandwich spread (mustard or mayo) on your toast; I prefer a nice spicy brown mustard. Add SPAM, grilled onions and pickle slices. Add lettuce and tomato or pickled jalapenos if it floats your boat. Sometimes you can switch it up and use RAW ONION, instead of grilled. Go crazy! It's your SPAM; do what you want.

- Spam Musubi. One does not mention Spam recipes without mentioning the king of them all: the Spam musubi! Spam musubis make a great snack and can be found at almost all convenience stores in Hawaii.

- In a large dry pan over medium-high heat add 4 slices of spam. Fry both sides until golden & crispy, then remove from pan (leave fat in pan). Add muffin halves to the fat and fry until crispy/lightly charred, then remove and turn heat to a low-medium.
- Melt in 1 tbsp butter and use your plastic spatula to spread it across the pan as best you can. Crack in 4 eggs and use your spatula to separate the eggs into pairs. It should look like two oval shapes (see video). Season with salt & pepper and cook until all egg white turns opaque (split egg yolks if you don't like sunny side up).
- Lightly spread the muffins with sriracha mayo, then place muffin halves over the eggs. Take a large plate and gently rest over the top. Carefully flip the pan over so the egg muffins end up on the plate egg-side-up.
