SPAM Hot & Spicy Stir Fry image

When you are on a budget or just want something tastie and easy this recipe is a good one. I found a can of SPAM in the back of my cabinet and said....i'll make a spam stir fry. Easy, frugile and tastie.

1/3 c teriyaki sauce
1/3 c water
2 to 3 tsp hot oil(fire oil)
1/2 tsp ginger
1--12 oz can spam
1 c broccoli florets
1 c onion
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon +1 1/2 vegetable oil
1---14 oz can whole baby corn
1---7 oz jar mushrooms drained
6 c cooked white rice

Steps:

  • 1. In small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, water. Chinese hot oil and ginger;set aside.
  • 2. In wok or large skillet, stir fry SPAM,broccoli,onion,pea pods and red bell pepper in vegetale oil about 2 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce mixture; cook unti bubbly. Add baby corn and mushrooms; heat throughly...serve over rice.
