This is the easiest soup I've ever made, and is very nutritious. I think it's good for your busy morning soup. Miso is soy-bean based, so soy milk is. And when you use a packet of instant miso soup with Tofu... Yes! Soy, soy, soy soup! :)

180 ml soymilk, boiled

Steps:

  • Prepare a soup bowl.
  • Place instant miso soup in the bowl.
  • Boil soy milk.
  • Mix the instant miso soup well with boiled soy milk.
