60 ml Southern USA-style liqueur 40% (e.g. Southern Comfort)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 Angostura or other aromatic bitters
Ginger beer

Steps:

  • SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled glass
  • TOP with ginger beer, lightly stir and serve with straws

  • Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
