SOUTHERN COMFORT PUNCH RECIPE

Steps:
- Combine the orange juice concentrate, banana daiquiri mix and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Stir well and slowly add the ginger ale.
- Remove the excess foam using a spoon or fine mesh strainer and mix in the Southern Comfort.
- Place sliced lemons, oranges, and lime rings in the bottom of a round mold.
- Place cherries in the center of the orange rings.
- Slowly add the lemonade just to cover the fruits then freeze for about 4 hours.
- Place a frozen ice ring in the punch.
- Garnish with mint leaves if you prefer. Serve and enjoy!

Steps:
- Pre-chill all ingredients the day before your party.
- In a large punch bowl, combine all ingredients except the champagne and stir.
- Slowly place large pieces of ice or an ice ring into the bowl. Ice cubes will work also, but tend to melt quicker and water down the punch.
- Slowly pour champagne into the bowl to fill.
SOUTHERN COMFORT CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

- Pour the Southern Comfort into a champagne glass, add bitters and champagne and garnish with the lemon peel. Alternatively, you may use either brandy (omitting the Angostura bitters and substituting an orange peel), or cognac (adding an additional dash or two of Angostura bitters and omitting the lemon peel).
CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Add a sugar cube to a chilled coupe glass. Shake the bitters onto the sugar cube. Rub the rim of the glass with the lemon peel and drop the peel into the glass. Drizzle the orange liqueur into the glass, then top off with the Champagne. Serve immediately.
