Steps:
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes.
- Stir in Seasoning Mix, water, beans, tomatoes and corn. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Serve with desired toppings.

- In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. , In a large saucepan, brown meatballs; drain. Add the picante sauce, corn, beans, tomatoes and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain.
- Combine the rotini pasta, evaporated milk, American cheese, Cheddar cheese, canned green chiles, and chili powder in a slow cooker.
- Cook on High, stirring twice, for 2 hours.
- Stir tomatoes and green onions through the pasta mixture.
- Continue cooking until the tomatoes are hot, 5 to 10 minutes.
