SOUR CREAM CHILI BAKE

Yummy when it's rainy and cold out.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 can(s) 15 oz pinto beans (drained)
1 can(s) 10 oz enchilada sauce
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1-1/2 small finely chopped onion
1 c sour cream
1 can(s) 11 oz corn with red & green peppers
2 c crushed corn chips
1 can(s) 8 oz tomato sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Saute onion and set aside. Brown hamburger and drain. To hamburger add onion, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup of grated cheese, 1 cup of corn chips, corn and mix together and simmer for 10 min.
  • 2. Pour hamburger mixture into a large casserole dish; bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 min.
  • 3. Take out of oven and spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese and remaining corn chips. Put back in oven uncovered for another 5 minutes.

10 ounces hot enchilada sauce
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup cheese
6 ounces sour cream
1 cup cheese

Steps:

  • Mix chili *ground beef , enchliada sauce and tomato sauce put 1 cup of cheese and chips (set aside) bake at 375 for 30 mins spoon on sour cream sprinkle with cheese garnish with chips bake for 2-3 mins.
