- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; mix well. Add flour mixture; mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts.
- Spoon into 16 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Bake 22 to 24 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool slightly or to room temperature.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
- Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients. In another bowl, combine bananas, sour cream, eggs and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened., Fill greased or paper-lined jumbo muffin cups two-thirds full. For streusel, in a small bowl, combine flour, sugars and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly; stir in pecans. Sprinkle over tops., Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
