SOUPY BURGERS
Total comfort food. I made this once a week while raising my 4 daughters. Now they make it for their children.

Steps:
- Brown burgers in a frying pan. Remove burgers to plate; drain excess fat, but leave enough to sauté onion.
- Add tomatoes with juice.
- Add soup and bring to a low boil. Do Not add any water.
- Return burgers to soup mixture and simmer about 30 to 60 minutes covered. Stir once every few minutes so they don't burn.
- Place burgers on a plate next to a dollop of potatoes and cover both with sauce and enjoy.

BAKED SOUP BURGERS
Delicious meal my mother in law often makes family during the colder months...tastes and smells delicious.

Steps:
- Form hamburger patties with first 5 ingredients.
- Brown them in the oven.
- Add tomato soup, green pepper, and onion to the baking pan or roaster pan (if doubled).
- Continue cooking for another hour at 350 degrees f.

SOUP BURGERS
My mother made these, and now myself and my sisters all do, too. Not sure where the recipe originated, maybe a Campbell's soup can? It's a nice change of pace from Manwiches and Sloppy Jo's.

Steps:
- 1. Brown hamburger in a skillet over med-high heat, stirring often.
- 2. Stir in diced onion and saute with hamburger until soft. Drain grease.
- 3. Reduce heat to medium. Add in 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted; and 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.
