- In a medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
- Gradually add soup and cream, mixing well.
- Sprinkle cheese, bacon, and broccoli evenly over pie crust.
- Pour soup mixture over all.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake at 350 for 50 min.
- or until center is set.
- Let stand before serving.

HAM, CHEDDAR AND BROCCOLI QUICHE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Layer ham, cheese and broccoli in the pie crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the broccoli. Gently use your fingers to press the broccoli and other filling ingredients into an even layer in the dish.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the quiche to rest for at least 20-30 minutes before slicing and serving.

BROCCOLI HAM QUICHE
This recipe came from Taste of Homes and it has become our favorite quiche recipe. The crust remains nice and dry and overall this recipe is a winner!

Steps:
- Place pastry shell in a non-greased 9 inch pie dish (use a deep pie dish if you have one) and place a double thick layer of heavy duty foil paper over it, covering it completely. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes longer. Cool on wire rack.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan boil water. Add the broccoli cover the pan and let cook for 2 minutes. Drain it, and place in ice water. Pat dry with paper towel.
- Toss cheeses with flour and set aside. In a bowl, beat eggs, add milk, onion and the seasonings mixing well. Stir the ham, broccoli and cheese mixture. Pour into the pre-baked crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.

- Line unpricked pie crust with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack while preparing filling., Toss cheeses with flour; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, onion and seasonings. Stir in the ham, broccoli and the cheese mixture. Pour into prepared crust., Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
