SUPER SONIC CHILI

Steps:

• 1. in a large pot brown ground beef, garlic and onion and drain
• 2. add chili seasoning,ground cumin, southwestern tomatos, and rotel tomatos
• 3. add tomato juice
• 4. mix in beans and stir. bring to a boil and simmer 20 mins
• 5. prepare tamales by unwrapping and cut in half
• 6. add tamales to pot and bring to boil.
• 7. serve with toppings

SUPER SONIC CHILI

Steps:

• 1. In a large dutch oven, brown beef and onions. drain. add garlic and cook 3 more mins.
• 2. Add all tomatoes, chili seasonings, and tomato juice. Bring to a simmer.
• 3. Add both beans and Cider Vinagar. stir. Bring back to a boil.
• 4. Cook in crock pot .
• 5. Cut each tamale into 3 pieces. last 15 mins of cooking, add tamales. Stir slowly so not to break up tamales. Serve..

CHILI DOG ALA SONIC

Steps:

• Brown the ground beef.
• Add your onions, peppers, and mushrooms, browning them lightly.
• Add the worcester sauce, tomatoes, and barbecue sauce. Simmer for half an hour.
• Add the spices and kidney beans. Simmer for 1 hour.
• Add the hot dogs and cook them for 15 minutes in the sauce.
• Serve on a toasted roll. Melted Cheese optional.

FRITO'S CHILI CHEESE WRAP, SONIC COPYCAT

Steps:

• Mix Fritos with chili, place 1/4 of chili mixture in the middle of the flour burrito shell.
• Sprinkle chili with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and diced onions to taste.
• Fold one side of shell halfway on top of chili.
• Fold each side over each other.
• The bottom should be tucked in and filling will be seen from the top of wrapped shell.
• Pop into the micro wave 15- 20 seconds.
• Serve immediately and enjoy.
