EASY CROCKPOT BBQ COCA-COLA RIBS RECIPE!
Ribs have never been easier or tastier than with this easy Crockpot BBQ Coca-Cola Ribs Recipe!

Steps:
- Cut Rib rack in half
- Sprinkle ribs with Salt and Pepper, then place in Crockpot.
- Combine BBQ Sauce and Coke in bowl, mix well, reserve 1/2 cup, then pour remainder of sauce over ribs in Crockpot.
- Cover Crockpot with lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or LOW for 8 hours, or until done.
- When ribs are done, remove from Crockpot and brush on remaining 1/2 cup of sauce before serving. ENJOY!!
- Optional: spoon sauce from Crock Pot over ribs 1-2 times while cooking to keep extra moist.

- Remove membrane on bone side of ribs.
- Place ribs in Instant Pot (or any electric pressure cooker). Add the cola and root beer. Seal and cook on regular pressure for 15 minutes (on Instant Pot this is manual at normal pressure. On any other pot it's 10 psi).
- Let pressure drop normally for 5 minutes, then release the pressure by opening the valve.
- While ribs are cooking, place all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and boil for about 5 minutes or until it's reduced by about 25%
- Put the cooked ribs (you can cut them in portions if you like) on a large baking sheet. Smother them with the sauce then pop them under a preheated broiler (about 3-4-inches from heat) for 5 minutes or until the sauce caramelizes.
- Serve immediately.

- Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook until tender, 15-20 minutes., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the root beer, ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder; set aside. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add pork chops, one at a time, and shake to coat., In a large skillet, cook chops in oil over medium heat until chops are lightly browned, 2-3 minutes on each side. Drain. Add root beer mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until a thermometer reads 145°, 6-8 minutes. Remove pork and keep warm. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving., Bring sauce to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half. Meanwhile, drain potatoes; mash with butter, remaining garlic powder and remaining salt and pepper. Serve with pork chops and sauce.

- Place ribs into a bowl large enough to hold all ribs. Season ribs with salt/pepper and herbs. Cover and allow ribs to come to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Into a deep sided heavy bottom Dutch oven heat oil over medium heat
- Add ribs and brown on all sides. Do this in batches if necessary. Do not crowd the pan. Transfer browned ribs to a plate and set aside.
- To Dutch oven add: carrots, celery, onion and garlic. Saute until softened. Stirring as necessary.
- Add Coca-Cola, broth, tomato paste. Stir to combine. Add bay leaf.
- Return ribs to Dutch oven. Cover with lid.
- Transfer Dutch oven into oven and cook for 2 hours. Turning ribs half way through.
- Carefully remove lid and continue cooking additional 45 minutes OR until ribs are fall off the bone tender.
- Remove and discard bay leaf.

- Prepare grill on medium heat.
- In a large pot, add soda pop of choice, ketchup, 2 tbsp brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire, 1 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp cinnamon & 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Over medium high heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, 30 minutes. Reserve.
- Meanwhile, combine salt, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp cinnamon & 1 tsp garlic powder. Rub mixture over both sides of ribs. Place ribs over direct heat. Grill, turning once, until browned, 10 minutes per side.
- Place ribs, meaty side down, over indirect heat. Cover, grill 15 minutes. Turn ribs over; cover & grill until tender, 1 1/2 - 2 hours, brushing with 1/2 of the reserved sauce several times during last 15 - 20 minutes of cooking time. Serve ribs with remaining sauce.
