GRILLED S'MORES PIZZA
Layer pizza dough with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers and grill into a melt-in-your-mouth s'mores pizza that kids will love!

- Rest dough on a floured work surface for 20 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Line a baking sheet with a layer of aluminum foil, (such as Reynolds Wrap®). Brush a 14-inch circle on the foil using 1 tablespoon butter.
- Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness on the work surface. Lay onto the buttered area of the aluminum foil. Brush the top with the remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle chocolate evenly on top. Spread marshmallows, graham crackers, and salt over the chocolate.
- Slide the foil onto the grill over indirect heat. Grill, lid closed, until crust is golden and marshmallows are toasted, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cut pizza into pieces. Cool before serving, about 5 minutes.

A friend brought something similar to a get-together not long ago. I decided to see if I could make it without a recipe as when I asked her for her recipe, she told me she had purchased it. Kids and adults both enjoyed it!

Steps:
- Spread the softened cookie dough into a lightly greased pizza pan, flattening it to the edges.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until it begins to brown SLIGHTLY.
- Remove the cookie from the oven and sprinkle the top with with the chocolate chips, graham crackers and marshmallows.
- Return the cookie to the oven for 5-8 minutes until crust is brown and chips and marshmallows are melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup, if desired.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars together until creamy and smooth.
- Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Roll out dough onto a 13-inch pizza pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the middle is set. Remove from oven.

- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Place a large grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 even pieces. Roll out each piece into an oval and brush with the vegetable oil. In batches of 1 or 2, grill the crusts until nice grill marks form, 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking on the reverse side until cooked and toasted. As you go, remove the cooked crusts to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the fudge sauce onto each crust and spread evenly almost to the edge. Dollop each crust with 2 tablespoons of the marshmallow creme and spread slightly. Sprinkle with the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers. Cut into pieces and serve.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Form the pizza dough into two 12-to-14-inch rounds, 1/4 inch thick. Bake, preferably on a pizza stone or pizza pan, for 4 to 6 minutes, or until just beginning to brown. Leave the oven at 400 degrees F.
- While the pizza crust is baking, toast the almonds in a medium dry skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer the almonds to a plate to cool.
- Melt the butter in the skillet. Add the graham cracker crumbs, chili powder, cayenne and salt. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the crumbs are well coated. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- For each pizza, top the crust with half of the marshmallows and scatter half of the chocolate over the marshmallows. Return to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned. Sprinkle the pizza with half of the graham cracker mixture and top with half of the almonds. Let rest 3 to 4 minutes, slice and serve. Repeat to make the second pizza.

- Set a pizza stone on the bottom of the oven and set a rack on the top shelf. Preheat the oven to 500° and heat the stone for at least 45 minutes. - Prepare your dough ahead of time Fire up your Ooni Pizza Oven. Aim for 750˚F (400˚C) on the baking stone (use the Ooni infrared thermometer to accurately check the temperature).
