S'MORES IN A JAR RECIPE
This cute S'mores in a Jar Recipe is the perfect tasty gift idea! Chocolate pudding is layered between marshmallow fluff and graham cracker crumbles, all topped with toasted marshmallows! It's a new way to enjoy delicious s'mores minus the mess.

Steps:
- Prepare the pudding according to package directions ahead of time, chill in medium bowl until set. (You can use regular pudding or instant)
- Start assembling your jars with approximately 1 1/2 Tbsp of crushed graham crackers, followed by 1/12 Tbsp of pudding, followed by 1 1/2 Tbsp of Marshmallow Fluff. Repeat the process until jar is full.
- If desired toast mini marshmallows for garnish with a cooking torch.
- If you don't have a cooking torch you can pour mini marshmallows on a baking sheet.
- Set oven to "broil".
- When oven is ready place the baking sheet on the top rack closest to broiler and leave for 15 seconds. The marshmallows will toast VERY quickly, so stand close. Remove immediately and garnish, if desired.

After searching the internet for a trifle that resembled a S'more, I decided it was really easy to just come up with one myself! It got rave reviews at our office luncheon!

Steps:
- Prepare instant pudding according to package directions, using milk.
- Break the graham crackers into 1/4's and spread each piece with a layer of marshmallow fluff.
- Arrange pieces in the bottom of a large bowl or trifle dish.
- Sprinkle a layer of mini marshmallows on top of graham crackers.
- Spoon half the pudding over marshmallows and spread out.
- Top pudding layer with half of Cool Whip.
- Repeat layers.
- Garnish top layer of Cool Whip with crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and pieces of Hershey bar.
- Serve chilled.

- Place cake mix in large mixing bowl and stir in 1.5 cups of graham cracker crumbs. Follow remaining recipe according to box. Bake and let cool completely.
- Meanwhile prepare the chocolate pudding according to package directions and keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
- For the whipped cream: place heavy cream, vanilla and salt in a large bowl of your stand mixer (or use hand blender) and beat until soft peaks form. Add marshmallow creme and beat until stiff peaks form. Mixture should hold it's shape. Set aside in refrigerator until ready to use.

- This dessert has many different components to prepare before it can be assembled. After each piece is prepared it can be set aside until you are ready to put it all together.
- To prepare the chocolate pudding layer, melt the Hershey’s chocolate bar in a microwavable bowl in increments of 15-30 seconds. Stir often until the bars are completely melted. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly while preparing the pudding.
- Follow the package instructions to prepare the instant pudding by whisking together the cold milk and pudding blend together until smooth. Once smooth, mix in the cooled, melted Hershey’s chocolate. Stir until combined and set aside with the mini marshmallows.
- To prepare the marshmallow creme layer, beat the marshmallow crème and cream cheese together in a medium bowl until completely combined, about 2-3 minutes. Fold in the whipped topping and set aside with the other components.
