Could making s'mores get easier? Simply scoop that yummy mixture by the tablespoonful onto waxed paper-covered baking sheets and refrigerate until ready.

3 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
12 graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces

Steps:

  • Cover 2 baking sheets with waxed paper.
  • Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. ; stir until completely melted. Add marshmallows and graham pieces; stir until evenly coated.
  • Drop marshmallow mixture into 42 mounds on prepared baking sheets, using about 1 Tbsp. marshmallow mixture for each mound.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.

Our two sons love to help me break up the chocolate and graham crackers for these tasty treats-that way, they can tell their friends they made them! The chocolaty clusters taste just like s'mores, but without the gooey mess. It's difficult to eat just one.

6 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each), broken into pieces
1-1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cups miniature marshmallows
8 whole graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, toss chocolate and oil. Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring once. Stir in marshmallows and graham crackers. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups (about 1/3 cup each). Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.

  • Heat the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to brown and melt.
  • Break the graham cracker in half. Sandwich the chocolate between the cracker and the hot marshmallow. Allow the marshmallow to cool a moment before eating.

1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
2 cups mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt together chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until smooth.
  • Stir in crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows, completely coating them in chocolate.
  • Drop by large spoonful onto a wax-lined baking sheet and allow to cool and set up, then serve.

2 cups non-dairy chocolate chips
1½ cups vegan mini marshmallows
1½ cups EnviroKidz Choco Chimps Cereal
¼ cup vegan graham cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • Place the chocolate chips in a large double boiler over medium-low heat, stirring gently until melted. Gently fold in the marshmallows and cereal until fully coated in the chocolate. Using a cookie scoop or large spoon, scoop the s'mores mixture onto a cookie pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate to firm up, about 30 minutes.

  • Using a large nonstick pot on medium heat, melt the butter and add the 10 oz. mini marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are smooth and creamy. Add the Golden Grahams Cereal and stir with a spoon and remove from heat. Stir to make sure the cereal and the marshmallows are well incorporated.
  • Next, add the extra marshmallows and lightly stir to still hold its form (they might melt a little and that is okay). Finally add the chopped chocolate and fold it into the cereal mixture just to mix well.
  • Line a large baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Use a medium sized ice cream scoop ( a little small than your regular sized ice cream scoop) to scoop the mixture onto the paper. Feel free to add a little more marshmallows or cereal if you would like. Allow to set for about 30 minutes and place in airtight container until ready to serve. Place in the refrigerator.
