All the flavors of a classic s'more but in an easy to eat dessert that everyone will enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 5

30 graham crackers, full-size
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
16 ounces mini marshmallows, divided
12 ounces milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Crush graham crackers into crumbs by putting them in a food processor or crushing them in a large resealable plastic bag. Scoop out 1/4 cup of the crumbs and set aside.
  • Mix the remaining graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and salt.
  • Press mixture into a greased 9x13 pan and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and top with 4 cups of the mini marshmallows and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Remove the pan when the marshmallow tops become light golden brown and let cool for 5 minutes to allow the marshmallows to deflate.
  • Sprinkle the entire bag of milk chocolate chips on top, in an even layer.
  • Top with remaining marshmallows and reserved graham cracker crumbs and let cool completely before serving.

30 graham crackers (, 2 packs, crushed to crumbs)
1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1/4 teaspoon salt
16 ounces mini marshmallows (, 6 cups)
12 ounces milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs (set aside 1/4 cup of the graham cracker crumbs), butter and salt.
  • Press mixture into 9x13 pan and bake 10 minutes.
  • Top with 4 cups of the mini marshmallows and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes to let the marshmallows deflate.
  • Add the whole bag of milk chocolate chips in an even layer.
  • Top with remaining marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Let cool completely before slicing.

2 packages graham crackers
3 milk chocolate bars (1 1/2 ounces each)
3 cups mini marshmallows
Chocolate ice cream
Vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • Heat broiler. Break graham crackers into squares, and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Layer chocolate over a third of the graham-cracker squares; cover the remaining graham-cracker squares with marshmallows. Place under the broiler, and toast until chocolate is just melted and marshmallows are lightly browned, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Remove from oven, and while still warm, transfer a marshmallow-covered cracker to each serving dish. Add a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Top chocolate ice cream with a chocolate-covered cracker, and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top vanilla ice cream with another marshmallow-covered cracker, and drizzle with hot fudge sauce. Serve immediately.
