Rich and creamy shakes are sure to round out a meal. They also make a great anytime snack. Pudding mix, yogurt and banana make this a deliciously different treat. -Taste of Home Test Kitchen

2 cups cold whole milk
1/3 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 small ripe banana

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.

⅓ cup skim milk
¼ cup orange juice
¼ banana, frozen
2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 ice cube

  • Blend apples, milk, orange juice, banana, protein powder, flax seeds, and ice cube in a blender until smooth.
