This is the best dessert ever! The secret is the rich crunchy crust made with chopped pecans. It's so simple to make, but tastes wonderful.-Kimberly Lund, Park City, Kansas

2 cups self-rising flour
1-1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
3 cups cold milk
1 package (5.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
Colored sprinkles, optional

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the flour, pecans and brown sugar. Stir in butter. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack., In a bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set. Spread with the remaining whipped topping. Chill until set. Garnish with sprinkles if desired. Cut into squares.

2 chocolate-covered toffee bars (1.4 oz. each), chopped, divided
1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in half the COOL WHIP and all but 3 Tbsp. toffee.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Top with remaining COOL WHIP and toffee; drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping (about 3 cups), thawed, divided
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
1/4 cup crushed candy canes

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Spoon 1-1/2 cups pudding into crust; top with marshmallows. Stir 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spoon over marshmallows.
  • Refrigerate 3 hrs. Meanwhile, pour chocolate into resealable plastic bag. Snip off small corner from bottom of bag; use to squeeze chocolate into 10 desired shapes on wax paper-covered baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.

2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages Jell-O chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Topping, thawed, divided
2 (1 1/2 ounce) Skor English toffee bits, milk chocolate english toffee-flavored candy bars, chopped, divided (1.4 oz. each)
1 (6 ounce) Oreo cookie pie crusts
1 semi-sweet chocolate baking square, melted

Steps:

  • Beat milk and dry pudding mixes with wisk for 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in half the whipped topping and all but 3 T of the candy.
  • Spoon into the crust.

1 cup cold fat-free milk
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
1/3 cup canned sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Mix cookie crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Reserve 1/2 cup COOL WHIP; refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in remaining COOL WHIP; spoon into crust. Mix melted chocolate and condensed milk; spoon over pie. Swirl gently with knife.
