Frozen fruit cups are a classic, refreshing snack with loads of fruit suspended in an icy slush. With oranges, pineapple, peaches and bananas.

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup 7-Up
6 ounces canned frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
8 ounces canned frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
8 ounces package frozen strawberries (about 2 cups, thawed and chopped)
8 ounces canned fruit cocktail (drained)
20 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
15 ounces peaches (drained and chopped)
30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
2 bananas (peeled and cut in small pieces)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, stir together water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Divide mixture into small plastic cups and freeze for about 6 hours. Remove from the freezer about 20 - 30 minutes before serving.

4 cups water
1 to 1-1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
3 medium firm bananas, sliced
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple tidbits, undrained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the water, sugar and concentrates. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir in the fruit. , Pour into a shallow 3-qt. freezer container. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 1 hour before serving.

It is very safe to say that I am addicted to making fruit cups. We eat them every morning for breakfast, and I am constantly trying new combinations of fruit. This is my latest- my favorite so far.

16 ounces frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
12 ounces pineapple-orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, undrained
6 bananas, diced (yellow but not too ripe)
1/3 cup lemon juice (bottled is fine)
16 ounces frozen blueberries

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a very large bowl.
  • Freeze in 1-cup increments.
  • Thaw slightly before serving, to a slushy consistency.

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 ¾ cups white sugar
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (20 ounce) package frozen strawberries, chopped
4 bananas, diced
5 cups ginger ale
25 9-ounce clear plastic cups

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, stir the orange juice concentrate and sugar together until the sugar has dissolved; gently stir in the pineapple, strawberries, and bananas until coated, then stir in the ginger ale. Ladle about 2/3 cup of the mixture into a plastic cup, and freeze; repeat with remaining fruit salad and cups. Remove from freezer about 1 hour before serving.

1 package (10 ounces) frozen strawberries in juice, thawed
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
3 firm bananas, cut into 1/4-in. slices
1-1/2 cups lemon-lime soda
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
20 paper cups (5 ounces)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix the pineapple, strawberries, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, bananas, soda, water and sugar. , Pour about 1/2 cup into each paper cup. Cover with foil and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serve in a dessert cup.

1kg or 35oz. of mango
1 liter or 33 oz. of cold water
235ml or 1 cup of lemon juice
2 trays of ice cubes
A few fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • Start by peeling the kilo of mango and taking out the seed. Then chop it up into small pieces that can be blended.
  • Put the sliced up mango pieces in the blender and blend them until you get a nice consistency and the mango pieces look like a puree.
  • After blending the mango, gradually add the cold water, we recommend adding a little water so that the slush can have an adequate consistency.
  • The use a strainer to strain the mixture and remove the fiber by the mango.
  • Then you are going to add the strained mixture in the blender along with the lemon juice and sugar. Continue by mixing until the sugar dissolves.
  • Finally, you will add the ice until you get your desired slushie mixture.
  • Serve in a glass, add some mint or peppermint leaves and serve.
