- In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, place turkey. In small bowl, mix corn, tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon of the salt, chili powder and pepper. Pour over turkey.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
- About 50 minutes before serving, in medium bowl, mix dumpling ingredients. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto hot turkey mixture. Arrange zucchini slices around dumplings; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 35 to 45 minutes longer or until toothpick inserted in center of dumplings comes out clean.

- In a 6-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 10 ingredients; stir in broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours., Remove bay leaves. In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch until smooth; stir into turkey mixture. Add corn and peas. Cover and cook on high until mixture reaches a simmer., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix baking mix and milk just until moistened. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on top of simmering liquid. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in a dumpling comes out clean.

- Combine the ground turkey, onion, bell peppers, garlic, crushed tomatoes, black and pinto beans, corn, chili powder, pepper, and salt in the bowl of a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once the chili has cooked for 6-8 hours, make the dumplings: Combine the eggs, melted butter, milk, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Add the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt and stir until smooth. Fold in the cheese.
- Using a small ice cream scoop, dollop the batter on top of the chili and cook for 2 more hours on low or 1 hour on high, until the dumplings are puffed and tender.
- If using, garnish the chili with jalapeño, cilantro, and green onions.

- Place the turkey, onion, celery, potatoes, carrots, corn, poultry seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder into a slow cooker, and pour the chicken stock over the turkey and vegetables. Mix well and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Set the cooker on Low, cover, and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 6 hours.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt together in a bowl, and mix in the melted butter. Stir the dumpling dough until it begins to firm up, 1 to 2 minutes. Drop the dough by tablespoon into the simmering soup. Replace lid; simmer about 15 minutes.
