Steps:
- Mix together teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir in garlic, red chile pepper, and black pepper.
- Place tenderloins into the slow cooker, cover with the teriyaki sauce mixture.
- Cook on High for about 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Use a pair of tongs to shredded the pork in the slower cooker. The meat should easily tear apart with a fork.
- Pressure Cooker Instructions - Cook on manual for 30 to 35 minutes. When the time is up do a quick release and shred the pork.
- Serving size: 3/4 cup.

- In a greased 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 7 ingredients. Add roast and turn to coat. - Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown tenderloins on all sides, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir in garlic, red chile pepper, onion, and black pepper.
- Put browned tenderloins into slow cooker, cover with the teriyaki sauce mixture. Cook on Low for about 4 hours, turning 2 to 3 times during the cooking time to ensure even doneness. Internal temperature in the tenderloin should reach 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).
- Remove tenderloins from the slow cooker and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. If desired, spoon liquid over slices when serving.

Grand Prize winner in a Simple & Delicious contest for crock-pot recipes. . .not my recipe unfortunately, but I had to post it here for safe keeping. They recommend serving it sliced with a side of hot mashed potatoes however I think it's much better atop fluffy white rice!!! This is a fabulous recipe and your end product won't have that "crock pot" flavor!!

Steps:
- Cut roast in half; rub with brown sugar. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker.
- Mix together apple juice and soy sauce (and garlic and ginger if using) and pour over roast.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 6-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
- Remove roast; cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, strain cooking juices and return to slow cooker. Increase temp to high.
- Combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; gradually stir into juices in slow cooker.
