Steps:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sausages, turning to brown all sides, 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Place browned sausage in slow cooker. Add the peppers, onions, garlic, and Ragu® Old World Style® Traditional Pasta Sauce to the slow cooker; stir. Turn to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Steps:

  • Slice bell peppers and onions into thin slices then layer half of them in a 5-6 quart slow cooker.
  • Put 1 pound of sausage links in slow cooker on top of peppers and onions.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper over sausage.
  • Layer remaining peppers and onions on top of sausage.
  • Arrange remaining sausage over peppers and onions.
  • Sprinkle remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Slow cook on high for 4 and 1/2 hours.

2 large tomatoes (chopped)
1 large onion (chopped)

1 24 ounce jar of your favorite pasta sauce
16 ounce bag of egg noodles

Steps:

  • Place Italian Sausage pieces, green peppers, tomatoes, onion and garlic into slow cooker.
  • Pour pasta sauce on top of ingredients and stir to mix.
  • Cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 3.5 hours.

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the sausage and ground beef, breaking into bite sized portions as it cooks.
