2 lbs chicken breast (or chicken tenderloins)
21 oz Cream of Chicken Soup ((2-10.5 cans))
2 tablespoons Mayo
1.5 teaspoons Curry Powder
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
16 oz Bag Frozen Broccoli Florets (thawed)

Steps:

  • Place your chicken and broccoli in the bottom of a 4-6 quart slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl mix together soup, mayo, curry powder(*SEE NOTE) and stock.
  • Pour mixture over the top of your chicken,
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours. (If using tenders or if your slow cooker cooks hot, your dish could be done in as little as 4-5 hours).

3 cups chicken (diced cooked)
2 tablespoons onion (finely chopped)
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 ribs celery (sliced)
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (or to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts (about 1 1/2 to 2 cups)
1 pound pasta (cooked; or rice)

Steps:

  • Butter the inside of a slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced chicken with the onion, soup, mayonnaise, flour, celery, curry powder, and lemon juice. Stir to blend ingredients thoroughly.
  • Spoon the mixture into the lightly buttered slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or on high 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Add the broccoli and continue cooking on low for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or on high for about 1 hour.
  • When the chicken and broccoli mixture is nearly done, cook the pasta in boiling salted water following package directions.
  • Serve the chicken divan over hot buttered noodles, rice, or pasta.

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 c mayonnaise
1/4 c lemon juice
2 stalks of celery optional
1 small onion
1 (8oz) tillamook cheddar cheese
2 cups of frozen broccoli
1 dash(es) salt and pepper
bread crumbs at the end

Steps:

  • 1. Place 4 boneless chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add a stick of butter.
  • 2. Place one can of chicken soup in the pot.
  • 3. Add 1 cup of mayonaise and your lemon.
  • 4. Add 2 stalks of celery
  • 5. Add one cut up small onion.
  • 6. 1 block or 5 oz of tillamook cheddar cheese or quality brand of cheese with a high fat content.
  • 7. If your crock pot is small 1 1/2 cups of broccoli is all you need. A large crock pot add 2 cups of broccoli
  • 8. Will be done in 4 hours. Than add breadcrumbs on top if you wish. Mix butter with breadcrumbs place on top.

1 small onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, halved lengthwise and cut into ¼-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
¼ cup Silvana's Kitchen Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
1½ cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
½ cup nondairy creamer or heavy cream
1 tablespoon plus 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 ounces each), cut into 2-inch pieces
2 cups instant rice
Two (10-ounce) packages frozen broccoli florets, thawed
½ cup rice cereal crumbs

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, garlic, thyme, paprika, ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper; cook until onions are softened, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle the flour on top; stir for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and gradually stir in the broth, creamer and 1 tablespoon of the mustard. Add to the slow cooker.
  • Season the chicken all over with salt and pepper; stir into the cream sauce to coat. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Stir in the rice and 1 teaspoon salt; cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the broccoli; cook until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the cereal crumbs, remaining 1½ teaspoons mustard and ¼ teaspoon salt. In a small skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add the crumb mixture and toast, about 2 minutes.

2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried tarragon
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
8-10 bone-in chicken thighs
8 oz sliced mushrooms (optional)
3 Tbsp cornstarch + 3 Tbsp water (optional)

Steps:

  • In a bowl whisk together the broth, oil, mustard, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, tarragon, pepper and salt.
  • Place chicken in the slow cooker and dump the lemon juice mixture over the top. Then add in the mushrooms, if using.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours. (All slow cookers cook differently so yours may be faster or slower). Remove the lid.
  • Use tongs to place chicken, skin side up, on a baking sheet. Broil in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until skin crisps up.
  • In a small bowl mix together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir the mixture into the slow cooker. Turn slow cooker to high and let the juices thicken.
  • Serve chicken and sauce. Enjoy!
