Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, onion, garlic and bell pepper over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and brown sugar.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits; place each biscuit in ungreased regular-size muffin cups (2 3/4x1 1/4 inches). Firmly press dough in bottom and up side of each cup, forming 1/4-inch rim. If desired, brush tops and sides of biscuits with an egg wash before baking. To make the egg wash, beat 1 egg yolk and 1/4 teaspoon water until well blended.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup beef mixture into dough-lined cups. Sprinkle each biscuit with 1 tablespoon shredded cheese.
- Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium high, stirring to break up lumps.
- Stir in green pepper, onion, zucchini and tomato. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.
- Spoon mixture over muffin halves and serve open face.

- Heat oven to 400°. In a large skillet, cook beef and vegetables over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes, stirring occasionally., Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten to 5-in. circles. Press onto bottoms and up sides of greased muffin cups. Fill with beef mixture., Bake until biscuits are golden brown, 9-11 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes longer.

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; cook beef and onion 7 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain. Add Sloppy Joe sauce; cook 1 minute more or until hot.
- Meanwhile, press 1 biscuit into bottom and up sides of each medium muffin cup, being careful not to tear dough. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture in each cup. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over top of each cup. Let stand 1 minute or until cheese softens. Carefully remove from pan.

- On large cutting board, unroll dough sheet; cut into 8 squares with sharp knife or pizza cutter. Line each muffin cup by pressing 1 dough square in bottom and up side of cup. On same cutting board, cut cheese slices into quarters, and place one quarter in bottom of each dough-lined cup; divide sloppy joe mixture evenly into each cup, about 1/4 cup each. Top each with remaining quarter of cheese.
- Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until dough is deep golden brown and filling is heated through. Cool in pan 5 minutes; using metal spatula, run around edge of each muffin cup to remove from pan. Serve with pickle slices.
