SLICED PIE COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Add the apple cider, Calvados, agave, lemon juice and ground cinnamon to a shaker. Add large ice, shake vigorously, strain into a shot glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick.
- Stir with the cinnamon stick and sip or shoot the shot.
DUTCH APPLE PIE COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Add the apple cider, calvados, Demerara Sugar Syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon and bitters to a tea pot and stir thoroughly. Pour into tea cups on saucers and garnish with rock candy stirrers.
- Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
AMERICAN PIE COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Add to shaker, ice, Canadian whiskey, apple liqueur and cranberry juice. Pour into 2 rocks glasses, garnish with a slice of apple, if using, and serve.
