Here's what you need: banana, cottage cheese, diced strawberries, sliced almonds, honey, chia seeds, whipped cream, cherry

1 banana
½ cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons diced strawberries
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
¼ cup whipped cream, optional
1 cherry, optional

Steps:

  • Slice the banana in half lengthwise, then place on a plate or in a bowl.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, scoop 2 dollops of cottage cheese on top of the sliced banana.
  • Sprinkle the strawberries and almond slices over the cottage cheese.
  • Drizzle the honey over everything and sprinkle the chia seeds on top.
  • Top the whole thing with a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry.
  • Enjoy!
