Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the chicken breast into small, uniform bite-size pieces.
- In a large bowl, add chicken breast, soup mix, cream of chicken soup, water, and rice. Mix well until combined.
- In a lightly sprayed casserole dish, add the chicken and rice mixture. Cover tightly with tin foil.
- Place into the oven for 1 hour.
- After removing from the oven, fluff the rice with a fork. Serve and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, heat oil. Add green onions and mushrooms. Cook until tender.
- Add chicken. Sprinkle with flour. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Stir in milk, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, or until thick and bubbly.
- Add brown rice. Fold in Greek yogurt, mayo and salt and pepper. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
- Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese melts and it's bubbly around the edges.

Spread mixture over the chicken. In a medium bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, nacho cheese soup, diced tomatoes, milk, and crushed red pepper. - Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, 1 teaspoon of the chili powder, the salt, and pepper. Add half of the chicken pieces. Seal bag; shake to coat. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces.
- In a very large skillet, brown chicken on all sides in hot oil over medium heat about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside; discard drippings in skillet. - Bring the wild rice and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender but not mushy, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid, fluff the rice with a fork, and cook uncovered 5 minutes more.
- While the rice cooks, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until completely browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Combine the rice, chicken, green beans, mushroom soup, and mayonnaise in a large baking dish.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a hot skillet add oil. Then add green peppers, onions, and garlic. Sauté until softened. In a 9x13 or 3 quart casserole dish generously spray with cooking spray and then add cooked peppers, onions, and garlic, turkey sausage rounds, raw chicken breast, rice, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, cajun seasoning, celery salt, and water. Mix together well. Cover casserole dish tightly with aluminum foil and place into preheated oven for one hour or until rice is cooked. Lightly fluff with a fork. Serve! - Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot then add rice. Cover then turn heat down to medium-low. When rice has 5 minutes left to cook add broccoli and green onions on top to steam.
- Meanwhile, heat extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and then saute until no longer pink. Remove to a plate and set aside then very carefully wipe out skillet with a dry paper towel.
- Turn heat down to medium then whisk together flour and 1/2 cup milk in a small bowl. Pour mixture into skillet then add remaining 1-1/2 cups milk. Cook mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened, 7-10 minutes. Remove skillet from heat then add 3/4 of the shredded cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and stir until smooth.
- Preheat broiler. Combine cooked rice and broccoli mixture with the cheese sauce and cooked chicken then scoop mixture into a nonstick sprayed 9x13 baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Broil until cheese is melted then let casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
