PEPPERONI PIZZA PASTA BAKE
4-7PP, 7SP blue & green, 4SP purple (if using whole wheat pasta)

Steps:
- Boil pasta according to package, drain and add to a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 350F, spray a 9x13 casserole dish.
- In your bowl mix pasta, pasta sauce, pizza sauce, and seasoning.
- Cut half of your pepperoni in small pieces and mix into your pasta, add in 1/2 cup of mozzarella.
- Pour out into your casserole dish and pat down evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese and then pepperoni slices, finish with a little extra italian seasoning.
- Cover with foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes, remove foil and continue baking 15 more minutes.
- Cut into 6 equal servings (about 7oz each) each serving is 7 smart points on blue & green, 4SP on purple if using whole wheat pasta, 4-7PP depending on your 0PP foods, (6 points plus- old program)

RECIPE: CHEESY PIZZA PASTA CASSEROLE
Steps:
- In a medium saute pan, saute onion and pepper in the olive oil until tender.
- In a small sauce pan, heat the pizza sauce. Stir in the cream cheese until melted.
- Combine the pizza sauce and cooked pasta and place in the bottom of a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
- Layer with 1 C of the mozzarella cheese, then add the pepperoni, green peppers and onion in a layer.
- Add a layer of half of the remaining mozzarella cheese and top with the tomatoes.
- Layer on the rest of the mozzarella cheese and then sprinkle with fresh oregano and crushed red pepper.
- Turn on your broiler to high and place the pasta dish on the bottom rack of the oven. Allow to broil until the cheese is melted.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In 5-quart Dutch oven, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain; return to Dutch oven.
- Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, crumble sausage. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain if necessary.
- Add onion and mushrooms to sausage in skillet; cook 7 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in pasta sauce and basil. Heat just to boiling.
- Add sausage mixture, pepperoni and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese to pasta in Dutch oven; stir until well mixed. Spread in ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray; cover baking dish with foil, sprayed side down.
- Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated. Remove foil; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup pasta water; return all to pot., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and crumble chicken with onion, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and remaining seasonings over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Stir in tomatoes; bring to a boil. Add to pasta; toss to combine. - Heat olive oil in a large pot. Saute onion and garlic till onion is translucent.
- Add tomatoes, basil, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir well. Add broth and bring to a simmer. Cook till liquid is reduced.
- Check for seasonings and add more pepper flakes and salt if needed.
- Cook pasta in well-salted water according to package instructions.
- Drain well and mix into tomato sauce.
- Add Havarti and toss till well combined.
- Pour into a large, greased baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan, then olives.
- Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes, till hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with basil if desired.

- In a medium bowl, combine egg product, oats, 2 teaspoons of the oregano, the salt, and pepper. Add ground turkey breast; mix well. Shape turkey mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
