1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
2 cups milk
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and salt over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Spread in dish. Top evenly with frozen mixed vegetables.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk until blended. Pour into baking dish.
  • Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese; bake 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  • In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

1 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp McCormick® Grill Mates® Hamburger Grilling Blend Seasoning
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Heinz® Low Sugar Tomato Ketchup
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
8-oz can Pillsbury® Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
1 cup Sargento® Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
4 tomato slices

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Spray a 9-inch round baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground turkey, onion, garlic and hamburger seasoning. Cook about 7 to 8 minutes until the ground turkey is browned. Use a wooden spoon to break the turkey up as it cooks. Remove from heat. 3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup to the turkey mixture and stir to combine. 4. Stir in the cottage cheese, to the turkey mixture and combine. Season with the black pepper. 5. Next, line the baking dish with the reduced fat crescent rolls. To do this, start by separating each individual triangle. Then align the long side of the triangles around the edge of baking dish. Slightly overlap the triangles as you make your way around them and fill in the bottom of the dish using remaining triangles. Pinch the seams together. Gently poke a few holes in the crescent triangles with a fork. 6. Prebake the pie crust for 6 to 7 minutes in the oven. 7. Remove the pie crust from oven and add the ground turkey mixture. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over pie. Place the tomato slices on top of the cheddar cheese. Cover just the crust with a thin strip of aluminum foil to avoid charring the edges. 8. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted. To serve, cut into six slices.

1 pound lean ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup dried bread crumbs, seasoned
½ teaspoon seasoning salt
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup cocktail sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Crumble ground beef into a large skillet. Saute over medium heat 1 minute, then add onion and green pepper. Continue to saute until onion begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Mix in 1/2 cup tomato sauce, bread crumbs, and seasoning salt. Spoon mixture into pastry shell.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together cheese, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper. Spread mixture over meat filling. Cover edges of crust with strips of aluminum foil.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes, until topping is puffy and lightly browned. Allow to set 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Make garnish sauce by mixing together 1/2 cup tomato sauce and cocktail sauce. Garnish each slice of pie with a spoonful of sauce.

Dough for single-crust deep-dish pie
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded process cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/3 cup dill pickle juice
1/3 cup 2% milk
Optional: chopped avocado, tomato, lettuce, and bacon

Steps:

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°. , Line unpricked crust with a double thickness of foil. Fill with pie weights, dried beans or uncooked rice. Bake on a lower oven rack until edge is light golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and weights; bake until bottom is golden brown, 3-6 minutes longer. 1 teaspoon burger seasoning (or a steak seasoning blend)
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 cup plain fine breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 dill pickle slices, chopped, optional
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese, divided
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Fresh, sliced tomatoes, optional
6 to 8 cooked pieces bacon, optional

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Crumble ground beef into skillet and add chopped onion.
  • Cook until onion is translucent and ground beef is no longer pink, stirring constantly. Drain off excess fat.

1 cup chopped onion
2-3 slices thick cut bacon (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
parsley or green onions to top

Steps:

  • Spray a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray then preheat your oven to 400 °F .
  • Place the ground beef, onion and bacon into a large skillet. Fry until the ground beef is browned, the onions are soft and translucent and the bacon is cooked. Drain the grease and place in the bottom of the prepared pie plate.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top o the ground beef mixture in an even layer.
  • Whisk together the baking mix, the milk and the eggs until it's as smooth as you can get it ( there will be little lumps, don't worry about that.)
  • Pour over the cheese and ground beef evenly.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove and cool slightly, then serve.
