Skinny Berry Smoothies are a blend of just two ingredients to make a delicious, icy treat that you can feel good about; plus they're non-dairy and low-carb.

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 1/2 cups frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
1 cup Diet 7Up or Sprite Zero (or other low calorie fizzy drink (preferably with no artificial colors))

Steps:

  • Blend ingredients until smooth and pour-able. If it's not sweet enough for you, you could always add some artificial sweetener, honey agave, etc.
  • If you prefer to use fresh fruit, use the same amount but add a cup of ice.

1 cup 2% milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place the milk, berries and sugar in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and process until smooth.
