CHOCOLATE SIN PIE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Stir flour, pecans, and butter together in a bowl; press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden and crisp, about 15 minutes. Cool completely.
- Stir cream cheese, 1 cup whipped topping, and confectioners' sugar together in a bowl until smooth; spread over cooled crust.
- Whisk milk and pudding together in a bowl until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Let sit until pudding is set, about 5 minutes. Spread pudding mixture over cream cheese layer. Top cream cheese layer with 12 ounces whipped topping. Refrigerate until flavors blend and pie is set, about 24 hours.

Steps:
- Melt 1 cup of butter or margarine in a saucepan or the microwave.
- Stir in the peanut butter and blend until the butter is smooth.
- Blend in the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until thourghly combined.
- Pat into greased 9x13 pan.
- Melt the chocolate chips and remaining 1/2 cup butter or margarine in a saucepan or the microwave until mixture is smooth.
- Spread the chocolate glaze on top of the peanut butter mixture.
- Chill before slicing and serving.
- This is very rich!

CARAMEL BARS
Yummy oat bars filled with a gooey layer of caramel, chocolate and nuts!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the caramels and heavy cream, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in the melted butter until well blended. Press Half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Reserve the rest.
- Bake the crust for 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour the caramel mixture over the top and then crumble the remaining crust mixture over everything.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 12 minutes, or until the top is lightly toasted. Cut into squares while it is still warm.
