Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Spray 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread potatoes in thin layer in bottom of baking dish. Top evenly with one can of chili. Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 30 minutes.
- 3. Uncover; top with hot dogs and remaining chili. Separate biscuits; place over chili. Sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking, uncovered, for 15 to 18 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

My cousin Donna made up this recipe several years ago and it's one my children love. It's like eating a chili dog, but with a fork.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Tear up the hot dog buns and arrange the pieces in the bottom of the dish evenly. Slice the hot dogs into bite size pieces and layer the pieces over the buns.
- Pour the chili over the hot dogs, sprinkle with the chopped onion, then spread some mustard over the chili and the onion. Top off with the cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350*F Chop up each hot dog bun into small bite sized pieces and place into a 9x13 casserole dish. Chop up each hot dog into small, bite sized pieces and place on top of the hot dog buns. Pour 1 can of your favorite chili (or 2 cups of homemade) over the hot dogs and buns. Top entire dish with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
