SHRIMP, FETA AND SPINACH PIZZA RECIPE - (4.5/5)

Steps:
- Procedure for the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayo, Sriracha, and Old Bay and set aside. For the Pizza Assembly: 1. Preheat oven according to pizza crust directions to pre-bake ( I did 450 and used this throughout the baking process). I pre-baked the crust for about 4 minutes. 2. In a small bowl, combine the above pizza sauce ingredients and stir until smooth. 3. Saute shrimp in skillet with about 2 TB olive oil and diced onion for about 2-3 minutes on medium heat until shrimp have just turned pink. You don't want to cook the shrimp too much since they will be going in the oven for a few extra minutes. Set the shrimp and onion mixture aside. 4. When crust has been pre-baked, spread the pizza sauce over crust. Top the sauce with sauteed shrimp, onions and spinach leaves. 4. Top the shrimp and spinach with Feta and Mozarella and bake at 450 for about 8-10 minutes, or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted.

SHRIMP PIZZA
A wonderful shrimp and mozzarella pizza that is a little bit healthier than most, but still just as yummy!! You can add a little garlic to the shrimp and onion mixture, or a little garlic powder to the white sauce.

- In a 10" to 12" frypan, heat the cup of olive oil to medium low and add the shrimp and garlic.
- If the shrimp is raw, sauté for 3 minutes on each side.
- If the shrimp is already cooked, sauté for two minutes on each side (all you are doing is flavoring the shrimp with the oil and garlic).
- Remove from the pan and let cool.
- Place your baking stones in the oven and heat to 550ºF.
- On a floured surface, press the dough into a 9" circle (if you are doing home made).
- Place pizza dough on a surface that can slide on the stone or use a pizza peel covered with parchment paper.
- With a pastry brush, coat the dough with the garlic olive oil.

- Now place 15 shrimp on each pizza and 1/2 the goat cheese in chunks.
- Add half the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with 1/2 the Parmesan cheese.
