QUICK AND EASY ONE-POT SPAGHETTI DINNER
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Crumble the ground beef into the pot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Peel the onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely and mince the garlic.
- Add the onion and garlic to the ground beef. Continue to cook until the onion is transparent and the beef is no longer pink. Drain and discard excess fat. Add the cayenne pepper, basil, and oregano; stir to blend.
- To the beef mixture, add 2 cups water, the spaghetti sauce or marinara, tomato paste, and the uncooked spaghetti; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the spaghetti is just tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- Turn off the heat and cover the pan; let the spaghetti stand for 5 minutes.
- Taste the spaghetti and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the spaghetti sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and provide extra Parmesan cheese at the table.
- Enjoy!

- While the pasta drains, add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, drained tomatoes, Velveeta, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup milk to the dried pasta pot.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often so the sauce doesn't burn until the Velveeta is melted and sauce is smooth. Add more milk, if needed, to thin the sauce a bit.

SIMPLE SPAGHETTI DINNER WITH VARIATIONS
I don't like to do it all the time but sometimes when time is short or you've had an exhausting week, it's nice to just open a can of spaghetii sauce & throw together a quick dinner. I use the Campbell's sauce as I visit their factory sales at least once a year & stock up on soups etc.

- Stir in garlic, oregano, parsley, basil, salt and pepper and cook 1 minute.

- Drain spaghetti and spread into a lightly greased 9x13" baking dish. Pour sauce over top and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake at 375 degrees F for 20-30 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is lightly browned. Serve.

6 CREATIVE WAYS TO UPGRADE VIRAL BAKED FETA PASTA | MYRECIPES
From myrecipes.com
- Add a dash of vanilla. No, seriously. Vanilla and tomatoes are terrific friends! I often sneak a splash into my sauces and soups. Don't forget, vanilla itself is not sweet, so even though it is most often used in sweet dishes, it only brings flavor.
- Add cinnamon. Again, I know you think I am going down a weird baking-aisle rabbit hole, but cinnamon is an essential spice in Greek cooking, and this is a very Greek-influenced pasta.
- Add a spice blend or mix you love. If you have a spice blend you love—herbes de provence or a vadouvan blend, say—chances are it can also elevate this pasta!
- Think beyond basil. Basil is obvious for pastas, as is parsley, but did you know that fresh mint and tomatoes are really good friends? They are in the same family, and the freshness of mint against the sweetness of the tomato and the creamy cheese is a match that will invoke summer.
- Bulk it up with beans. Beans in a pasta like this bring a lot to the party: bonus protein, texture, and creamy flavor. Adding a drained can of a white bean like a cannellini or navy, or a hearty bean like a chickpea to the pan before baking will bulk the dish up beautifully while keeping it vegetarian.
- Add crunch. The one thing about this pasta is that is a very soft dish. Topping with some toasted breadcrumbs, toasted nuts like sliced almonds or pine nuts, or even fried shallots can add some very welcome textural balance and an extra bit of flavorful punch.
