This is how you make the original Singapore Sling just like they do at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore.

1.5 oz London Dry Gin
.5 oz Cherry Heering
.25 oz Cointreau
.25 oz Benedictine
4 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lime juice
.33 oz Grenadine
1 Dash Bitters

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker
  • Shake
  • Strain into Collins or Hurricane glass
