⅓ cup olive oil
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried cilantro
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
metal skewers

Steps:

  • Combine olive oil, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, garlic, cilantro, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Add shrimp and coat well. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Preheat a grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  • Cook shrimp on preheated grill until pink and opaque, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

2 pounds uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 bay leaves
1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the shrimp, oil, garlic, rosemary, oregano and bay leaves. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. , Pour shrimp and marinade into a large deep skillet. 1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 large garlic cloves ((minced finely))
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp hot sauce ((or more if you like more spice))
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl with the shrimp and stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate no longer than 30 minutes or the shrimp can get tough.
  • If you're planning to use wooden skewers, soak them in water while the shrimp marinade so they won't burn on the grill
