SUGAR-FREE SWEET TEA
This sugar-free sweet tea is perfect for the summer, or anytime you need a low-carb refreshing drink. This easy keto tea uses an erythritol/stevia-based sweetener to make sweet tea.

Steps:
- Place 8 cups of water in a large saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the tea bags. Cover and allow the tea to steep for 5 to 6 minutes. (Steep longer for stronger tea.)
- Meanwhile, add an additional 8 cups of water to a gallon-sized pitcher.
- Remove tea bags from saucepot, gently squeezing to remove the excess tea. Discard the tea bags.
- To the saucepan, add the sweetener and stir until completely blended.
- Pour the tea into the gallon-sized pitcher with the water. Stir to combine.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate. Best if refrigerated overnight.

Steps:
- Steep the 8 tea bags in 4 cups of boiling water for about 10 minutes. Discard the tea bags. Combine the tea with the apple juice and refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice.

Great refreshing summer time drink. This is from the Barefoot Contessa Family Style cookbook. I just add the lemon. Perfect for sipping on a Southern U.S. veranda.

- Steep the tea bags in boiling water for ten minutes, and discard tea bags.
- Combine herb tea with the apple juice and refrigerate until cold.
- Serve over ice with lemon slices.

SUGAR-FREE THAI ICED TEA
My own variation on this Thai classic, made low-fat and sugar-free. Prep time does not include time to chill.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except sugar substitute and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain into a pitcher. Add the sugar substitute and stir until dissolved. Chill until very cold.
- To serve, pour 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk over ice in a tall glass. Pour over 6-8 oz of iced tea, stir and enjoy!
