- Melt sugar in ½ cup of hot water (I normally use kettle to boil the water so it dissolves faster). Let it cool down.
- Meanwhile pour wine in a large pitcher/glass bowl. Throw in sliced nectarines, apple and sliced orange. Add orange juice and cold sugar syrup. Stir well.
- Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for several hours (at least 2), preferably overnight.
- Serve with ice cubes!
