Steps:
- Pour 2 cups of vegetable oil into a pan and turn on the fire to medium high.
- Let the oil heat up around 338 F-374 F. Then, turn the fire to small or low. (*If the oil is not hot enough. It will take a long time and some will not expand.)
- Put dried chips into hot oil for a few seconds, then it will expand.
- Once the chips expand, take them out quickly. If you leave the chips in the oil a little bit longer, it will burn.
- After that, put the chips in a bowl with paper towels to absorb excess oil from the chips.

- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, shrimp, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard and Ranch mix. Mix well to combine. Transfer mixture to a baking dish or ovenproof crock pot. Sprinkle the top with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes until top is golden brown and dip is bubbly.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except shrimp in a mixing bowl to make batter.
- Dust shrimp in flour.
- Dip shrimp into batter.
- Fry shrimp in deep fryer set at 375 degrees or in a skillet with 2 inches of vegetable oil, until golden brown.
- Drain shrimp on paper towels or on brown grocery bags from the market.
- Serve with french fries and cole slaw or creamy cucumber salad (Recipezaar recipe 211355).
- Also serve with cocktail sauce and tartar sauce.

- Beat together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo until smooth and creamy. Spread out on a large plate with an edge or in a 9x13 pan.
- Spread the seafood sauce over the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Sprinkle the shrimp over top of the sauce in an even layer.
- Layer the remaining ingredients however you like. I usually go green peppers, tomatoes, a little cheese, green onions and then the rest of the cheese.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Serve with Ritz crackers for the BEST taste, but this also works with tortilla chips!

- Use an electric mixer to blend the chili sauce into the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until very smooth. Add all of the remaining ingredients, except the shrimp, and blend until well combined.
- Use a spoon to fold in the shrimp and chives, reserving a couple of tablespoons of shrimp for garnish. Cover and chill for at least an hour or two prior to serving.
- Pile the reserved shrimp in the center of the dip and serve with Ritz Crackers and celery sticks.

Within a few seconds they should heat up and expand. As soon as they open up and expand, immediately remove them from the oil, otherwise they will start to burn and lose their color. Repeat until you finish your box or reach desired amount you want to make.
