AIR FRYER SHRIMP "BOIL"
All the flavors you love in a shrimp boil in a fraction of the time and with a lot less mess. No need to wait for a pot of water to boil just to stand over it making sure it doesn't boil over. Air fryer to the rescue! While this is a less messy version, the way I chose to cut the corn still lets you dig in and get your hands messy for that authentic touch. The cob creates a perfect handle for holding while the kernels face upright for easy access.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl. Add water and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Run the bowl under cold water until potatoes are cool enough to touch.

- Place shrimp in a separate bowl and add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning; stir to coat.
- Place 1/2 of the potato mixture in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Add 1/2 of the shrimp and cook until potatoes are tender, sausage is cooked through, and shrimp are bright pink on the outside and meat is opaque, about 5 more minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and repeat with remaining potato mixture and shrimp. Serve with lemon wedges.

Steps:
- Begin by being sure the potatoes have been par-boiled. We use small potatoes, cut in half for this recipe.
- Once the potatoes are done, combine the remaining ingredients into a large bowl, mixing well. (Shrimp can be frozen)
- Place a sheet of foil into your air fryer, being sure that air is still able to circulate.
- Add in about 1/2 of the mixture on top of the foil to fill the air fryer basket. Note - We used a 4-quart air fryer basket, so we made this amount in 2 batches.
- Once the ingredients are added, spray with a nice coat of olive oil spray.
- Cook at 390 degrees for 6 minutes.
- Open up the air fryer, carefully mix the ingredients.
- Cook for an additional 6 minutes.
- Repeat these steps for the next batch if needed.
- Serve.

SHRIMP BOIL IN A TURKEY FRYER
Found this online http://www.skiptomylou.org. We made it for July 4. We were tired of the same ol' burgers and dogs menu. It was AWESOME! So easy to do! We had one person be the "timer" and it was great! Although it rained all day, we laid out a tablecloth and freezer paper at the kitchen counter and it was a blast! This is a must try!

Steps:
- Fill turkey pot with strainer about two thirds full.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add garlic, spice bags, oil and salt, boil 15 minutes.
- Add potatoes, boil 7-8 minutes.
- Add corn, boil 5 minutes.
- Add kielbasa, boil 8 minutes.
- Squeeze lemons into pot and throw in water with onions, boil 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp, boil about 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink (shrimp will continue to cook once removed, don't over cook).
- Turn off burner, carefully remove strainer basket from pot, allow to drain.
- Pour contents onto table that has been covered with freezer paper (shiny side up).
- Pass basket of crusty baguette bread down the table. Serve with squeeze butter, salt, mustard and cocktail sauce (you really don't need it with all of the flavor, but offer to your guests).
- Try the garlic spread on the bread - yummy!

- Fill the pot with enough water to cover all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Pro tip: I use a big turkey fryer out on the patio to ensure everything fits and we can all be outside for the festivities.
- When the water boils, add the potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes. If you parboiled the potatoes, you can skip this step and add them with the corn and sausage.
