BURGER SLIDERS WITH SECRET SAUCE
These sliders are super easy to put together and are always a hit! I love that they are "fast food" without having to go to a restaurant. - Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix beef, eggs, 1/2 cup minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper just until combined; do not overmix. Place meat mixture on a large, parchment-lined baking sheet; shape into two, 6-in. x 8-in. rectangles, each about 1/2-inch thick. Bake until a thermometer reads 160°, 15-20 minutes., Meanwhile, without separating rolls, cut rolls in half horizontally. Spread 1/4 cup of dressing evenly over bottom halves of rolls., Blot meat with paper towels to remove excess fat; top meat with cheese and return to oven. Bake until cheese has just melted, 2-3 minutes. Place meat on bottom halves of rolls; spread with remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Layer with pickles, remaining 1/4 cup minced onion and shredded lettuce; replace with top halves of rolls. Brush butter on top of rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in the hot skillet until meat is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Stir in ketchup, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut rolls in half horizontally without separating each roll from one another. Place bottom halves in the prepared baking dish. Spread meat mixture on rolls, top with Monterey Jack cheese, and cover with roll tops.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, remaining Dijon mustard, and remaining Worcestershire in a microwaveable bowl; cover loosely and microwave until butter is melted, about 1 minute. Mix and pour mixture over the top of the rolls.
- Bake, covered, in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown, about 10 minutes more.

- Toss 12 large shiitake mushroom caps with 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon each minced garlic and thyme, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and a few grinds of pepper. Grill the shiitakes over medium-high heat until tender, 1 to 2 minutes per side; place 1/2 slice Monterey Jack on top of each mushroom during the last 30 seconds. Serve the mushrooms on sweet Hawaiian rolls or slider buns with honey Dijon mustard and baby spinach.

- Preheat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Divide beef into 6 equal portions, and shape each into a 2½-3–inch patty. Sprinkle patties evenly with ¼ teaspoon salt and black pepper. Spray pan with cooking spray and add patties to pan. Cook 2 minutes or until seared on bottom. Flip patties over and cook 1 minute.
