SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER
If you don't want to use the ones with chemicals, and don't want to pay ridiculously high prices for herbal shampoos as the healthfood stores, then this is your recipe! To add herbs to your shampoo, simply make a tea with the herbs you want, and use that instead of water. Dr. Bronner's is the soap I use for my shampoo and hand washes, but any liquid castile soap you can find will probably be fine. The apple cider vinegar rinse should be kept in the fridge or mixed beforehand to use in the shower. Simply soak your hair with it and then rinse it off to get your hair soft and silky.
