SHAKE 'N BAKE LAMB CHOPS
Interesting concept from Mrs. William E. Park in the Fine Arts Cookbook II from the Ladies' Committee of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA. You can make this with either the loin or rib style lamb chop.

LAMB CHOPS
You can truly fool your guests with this delicious and easy lamb chop recipe. The chops are moist and tender. We love the crunchy texture the seasoning adds. They are a bit salty but the mint jelly cuts it with some sweetness. If you're watching your salt intake, try using garlic powder instead of garlic salt.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix lemon pepper with garlic salt in a Ziploc baggie (gallon size).
- 2. Place 1 chop at a time in the bag and shake until coated with seasonings. Do this until all 6 lamb chops are covered. If you need to add some more garlic salt and lemon pepper to the bag, be sure you keep them in equal amounts.
- 3. Place coated lamb chops on a cookie sheet rubbed with olive oil. Arrange with some room between each chop.
- 4. Bake at 425 for approximately 40 minutes for thick chops.
- 5. Remove from oven and serve. Recommended - mint jelly or mint sauce (see my recipe for this) to go with lamb.
BAKED LAMB CHOPS
These are very tasty, and make for an easy main meal to prepare. Try serving them with mashed potatoes, peas and pumpkin.
