This is my favorite recipe. My grandmother and mother used to make this when I was a child. It is absolutely wonderful! You can substitute 7Up® for milk in the glaze.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Generously grease a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®).
- Beat white sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until creamy and smooth; add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir flour, 1 cup at a time, blending well after each addition until batter is smooth; stir in lemon extract. Mix lemon-lime beverage into batter and pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan immediately.
- Beat confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together in a bowl using an electric mixer on medium until glaze is smooth. Pour glaze over warm cake.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-in. fluted or plain tube pan., In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Add flour alternately with 7UP, beating well after each addition. , Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 65-75 minutes. Cool in pan 20 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely., For glaze, in a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar, lemon juice and enough 7UP to reach desired consistency. If desired, stir in zest. Drizzle over cake.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Liberally (and I mean it!) grease and flour a bundt pan. If you think you've greased it well, grease it again. Seriously. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs in, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the lemon and lime juice, lemon and lime zests, and vanilla extract to combine. Then, alternating with 7-Up and flour, add each gradually until a thick and smooth batter comes together.
- Pour the batter into the prepared (and very well greased and floured!) bundt pan and bake for approx. 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out mostly clean. Leave in pan for about 20 minutes before carefully inverting to a wire rack to cool completely.
- To make glaze, in a medium bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients. Drizzle on top of the cake and allow glaze to set before cutting into slices.

- Add all of your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and whisk until everything is throughout.
- In a separate bowl you're going to whisk all all 5 eggs, until the color is completely yellow.
- Add your eggs and butter into your large mixing bowl along with your dry ingredients, and mix.
- Now add your vanilla and 7up into the cake batter, and mix until smooth.
- Pour your batter into a well cake pan. If your pan is not stick resistant, you may want to grease it.
- Let the batter sit still in the pan for 3 minutes. While the cake sits, preheat your oven on 325.
- Let the cake bake on 325 for 1 hour and 5 minutes
- When cooled, add your icing, or glaze.
- let the glaze, or icing sit on the cake for at least 20 minutes before serving.

- Preheat the oven to 325 F.
- Spray a bundt pan with non-sticking cooking spray and gently coat with the pan with flour so the cake can be removed easily.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix ingredients thoroughly with a hand held mixer.

- Preheat oven to 350° and grease a large bundt pan with cooking spray, then add a little flour and tilt pan around to coat.
- In a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, then add vanilla and both zests.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
