1 cup KRAFT VIVA Italian Dressing, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Steps:

  • Pour 3/4 cup of the dressing over chicken; cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 min. to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.
  • Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Grill chicken 7 to 9 min. on each side or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining 1/4 cup dressing.

1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken - I used tenders in my dish to make the splitting of servings a little easier
2 Cans of Green Beans - I used french style green beans with no added salt - but really any green veggie would work here
1 1/2 Lbs. Red Potatoes - Diced up into quarters (any potato could work, we prefer the reds)
1 Package of Italian Dressing Mix - I used a .7 Oz Packet from Good Seasonings
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter

Steps:

  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  • Organize your chicken, green beans and potatoes in a 9X13 casserole dish. Sprinkle your packet of Italian Dressing mix over the entire dish. Then melt your butter in the microwave and pour it over everything.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour.

1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon celery salt
2 tablespoons salt

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, celery salt and regular salt. Store in a tightly sealed container.
  • To prepare dressing, whisk together 1/4 cup white vinegar, 2/3 cup canola oil, 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons of the dry mix.

I got this from a friend of mine when she made it at one of her picnics. It's so easy and delicious! I recently made it at our cook-out and everyone asked me how I made it.

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
⅓ cup olive oil
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 (.7 ounce) package Italian-style dressing mix

Steps:

  • Place the chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper and pound until thin. Remove breasts and place into a large resealable plastic bag.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, and Italian-style seasoning. Pour mixture into the plastic bag containing the chicken.
  • Seal the plastic bag and shake gently to ensure that all the chicken is in contact with the marinade. Refrigerate marinated chicken pieces overnight or up to two days.
  • When ready to cook, preheat grill and lightly oil grate. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes per side.

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Mix cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic powder. Moisten chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (170 degrees Farenheit)
  • Jazz it up:
  • For a golden appearnace, after chicken is cooked through set oven to Broil. Place 6 inches from heat source. Broil 2 to 4 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown.
