GARLIC PARMESAN MONKEY BREAD

- Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the green onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, butter and eggs until well blended. Break the bread dough off in walnut-sized pieces, and dip each piece into the egg mixture.
- Place coated dough balls into the prepared pan. Once there is a layer of balls covering the bottom of the pan, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat, sprinkling each layer with cheese until everything is in the pan. Cover loosely, and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.

Steps:
- Preheat ove to 400 degrees.
- Combine butter, garlic and mustard.
- Coat bottom of 8 or 9 inch pan with 2 tablespoons of mixture.
- Separate dough and cut each biscuit in 4 pieces.
- Arrange in pan.
- Drizzle reserved butter over biscuits.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 12 - 17 minutes.

SESAME PARMESAN MONKEY BREAD (FOR BUNDT PAN)
This is fast, easy, and looks lovely. Adapted from Southern Living. Makes a good appetizer or dinner roll for a party.

Steps:
- Grease a 12-cup size Bundt pan well.
- Mix together cheese, seeds, and basil and sprinkle just 1/3 of the mixture into your pan.
- Place half of the frozen rolls into the pan, drizzle with half of the melted butter,then sprinkle half of the remaining cheese mixture over them.
- Top with the rest of the frozen rolls, butter, and cheese mixture.
- Spray a piece of plastic wrap lightly with nonstick spray (or use a damp, clean towel) and cover pan.
- Let rise in a warm place for 2 hours or until doubled in bulk(this will vary greatly based on the temperature of the room it is rising in, especially in cooler months).
- Remove plastic wrap and bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 20 minutes.
- Tent with foil to prevent excess browning and bake another 10 minutes.
- Loosen bread from sides of pan using a knife an invert onto serving plate while still warm.
- Pluck off individual pieces to eat.

- Grease and flour (or spray with nonstick spray) a 9” springform or cake pan. Place an oven-safe crock in the center of the pan; set pan aside. (The crock will be replaced with the marinara sauce later. It is used at this stage to “hold” the opening in the middle.)
- Cut each piece of dough into 3 pieces. Using a circular motion, roll each piece of dough between countertop and palm of your hand until dough ball becomes tight. Place olive oil in a large bowl and then add balls of dough, tossing until well coated.
- Place an oven-safe crock or container in the center of the pan and then place dough balls in pan around crock. Cover pan and place in a warm location for 1 hour. (Tip: For a warm location, I put the pan in my oven with just the oven light on.)
