- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Pour butter into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Stir together egg, milk and pepper. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, coat with stuffing mix and place in pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn chops and bake for another 10 minutes, or until no pink remains in the meat and juices run clear.

EASY, CRUNCHY PORK CHOPS
This is a different way to cook pork chops that is really easy and extremely yummy. Adapted from a Nigella Lawson recipe

Steps:
- Trim the fat off the pork chops.
- Lay the chops between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and, using a mallet or a rolling pin beat them until their thickness is reduced by half.
- Beat the egg and place in shallow wide bowl.
- Add the mustard, oregano, thyme,salt and pepper.
- On a large plate, combine the breadcrumbs and the Parmesan.
- Press each of the pork chops into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Then put the chops into the bread crumbs, covering them evenly.
- Place them on a cooling rack to dry slightly while you heat the oil in a large frying pan until it sizzles if water is dripped into it.
- Cook the pork chops until they are a deep golden color, about 5 to 7 minutes on each side (depending on how thin they are).

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly coat a wire rack with cooking spray and set in a rimmed baking sheet.
- Whisk eggs and water together in a shallow dish. Place bread crumbs in a second shallow dish.
- Season pork chops evenly with salt and pepper. Dip and coat chops in egg, allow excess to drip off, then dip in bread crumbs until well coated.
- Heat 1/2 of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place 2 chops in the skillet and cook until golden and crisp, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until crisp on the other side, 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer to the prepared rack. Heat remaining oil in the skillet and repeat to sear remaining chops.
- Bake pork chops in preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 10 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 155 degrees F (68 degrees C).

One thing about this recipe is you can bake it in the oven. It comes out crispy and juicy and so delicious. You can use this recipe on chicken and pork chops. I make this recipe when I have guest come over because it is so elegant looking to serve plus the taste is wonderful.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Season pork chops with salt and black pepper and set aside. Mix together crumbs, parmesan, parsley,and kosher salt.
- 2. Have three shallow bowls for dredging. Add flour to one bowl, eggs to another and the panko or Italian crumb mixture in the last.
- 3. Dredge pork chops first in the flour, then egg and third the panko mixture. Coat evenly. Add pork chops to skillet with oil. Make sure the oil is hot...not to hot will burn. Fry two minutes on each side and transfer to the baking dish uncovered. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy. Transfer the chops to a serving bowl and let set for 10 minutes to allow juices to go back in chops.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a shallow dish, whisk eggs until well beaten. Set aside.
- In a separate shallow bowl, blend parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, kosher salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt together with a fork. Set aside.
- Dip pork chop in egg mixture (both sides) and then into the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to coat pork chops. Repeat process and dip a second time in the egg, then again in the bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet lined with foil.
- Repeat for remaining pork chops.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. For thinner pork chops, bake 25-35 minutes.
- Allow chops to rest 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan and parsley for garnish. ENJOY.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, tarragon, salt and pepper.
- In another dish, beat egg with mustard.
- Place flour in third dish.

- Preheat oven to 425. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- Season both sides of the pork chops very well with salt and pepper.
- Place egg in one shallow bowl and beat lightly.
- Combine breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients in a separate shallow bowl.
- One at a time, dip each pork chop in the egg to coat on all sides, then press into the breadcrumb mixture on all sides.
- Place the breaded pork chops on the baking sheet. Press some of the extra breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each pork chop. Spray the tops of the pork chops with cooking spray.

SERIOUSLY CRUNCHY BAKED PORK CHIPS

- Brine chops for just 30 minutes in salt dissolved in 4 cups of water. Tear up bread and crumb in electric chopper with short pulses. Stir in salt, pepper, oil, shallot and garlic and spread on cookie sheet. Toast at 350 for 15 minutes until brown. May have to stir. Remove, let cool and add parsley, thyme and parmesan. Three dredging pans: plain flour, egg whites (or whole eggs) mixed with mustard plus more flour (makes it sticky), and bread crumbs. Coat chops in that order and place on wire oven rack. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes to reach 150F internal; longer if necessary. Let stand for a few minutes, serve.
