Everybody's all time favorite! You can add seafoods, mushrooms and more just heat it up in the sauce, so ez and splendid!

1/2 cup butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or more)
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
cooked pasta

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan over med/low heat.
  • Add garlic, cream, pepper flakes and salt and bring to a simmer.
  • Turn heat down when reaches to a rapid boil, simmer.
  • Add cheese, and continue to simmer 8 minutes or until thickens.
  • Pour sauce over top of pasta.

1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 pounds boneless pork loin roast, cubed
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces fettuccine

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients; set aside. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add pork; cook, stirring occasionally, until just starting to brown, 10-12 minutes. Stir in spice mixture; cook 1 minute. Add cream and cheese; reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens slightly and pork is tender, about 10 minutes. , Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Serve pork with fettuccine.

This actually turned out very good. I served it with whole wheat pasta, scallops, peas and mushrooms all mixed together. Also, I LOVE garlic, so I added a lot and I didnt add any salt while cooking, so adjust it to your tastes.

1/2 cup low-fat milk
2 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
1/2 tablespoon butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 1/2-3 tablespoons fresh grated romano cheese
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • on med-low heat sautee garlic in butter until softened and fragrant.
  • turn down the heat and slowly add milk and half and half.
  • stir in cheeses and flour.
  • stir frequently to combine.
  • when fully mixed turn up the heat a bit and continue stirring until sauce thickens.
  • remove from heat and serve with pasta and your choice of anything else!
